Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and xbaji ("xbaji", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the xbaji website at https://xbaji.today, including all services, features, content, and functionality made available through the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who browses, registers, deposits, wagers, or otherwise interacts with the xbaji platform in any way.

By accessing or using the xbaji platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.     Valid IdentityYou must be a real, natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and non-human entities are not permitted to register or hold an account on xbaji.

    Accurate InformationAll information you provide during registration and at any point thereafter must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

    Jurisdictional ComplianceYou are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of xbaji complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. xbaji does not represent that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
xbaji operates on a self-declaration basis at registration. However, age and identity are verified through our KYC process before any withdrawal is approved. Any account where the registered user is found to be under 21 years of age, or where identity documentation is inconsistent with the registration information provided, will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited.
Section 2

Account Registration and Security

Each user may register and maintain only one account on the xbaji platform. The following rules apply to all accounts from the point of registration through the lifetime of the account.

Operating multiple accounts — including through different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xbaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances and pending withdrawals.

    Account SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. xbaji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

    Accurate Registration DataYour registered name, date of birth, and contact details must match the identity documentation you submit during KYC verification. Discrepancies between registration data and identity documents will be treated as a potential breach and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

    Account Closure by UserYou may request the closure of your xbaji account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (subject to wagering requirements where applicable) will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification.

    Suspicious Activityxbaji reserves the right to suspend any account at any time where suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to unusual betting patterns, multiple failed login attempts, payment method inconsistencies, or potential violations of these Terms. Suspended accounts will be reviewed and either reinstated or permanently closed, with the user notified by email.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on xbaji — including deposits and withdrawals — are subject to the following terms. xbaji supports multiple payment methods including mobile wallets and bank transfers available to players in Bangladesh.

    Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though xbaji reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.

    Deposit ProcessingDeposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours. xbaji is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.

    Withdrawal EligibilityWithdrawals are available only to users who have completed full KYC identity verification. A minimum of one deposit must have been made before a withdrawal request can be submitted. xbaji reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal requests that appear unusual or inconsistent with normal account activity.

    Withdrawal Processing TimeStandard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes for verified mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional security checks are required.

    Payment Method MatchingWithdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. xbaji does not permit transfers to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.

    CurrencyAll transactions on xbaji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). xbaji does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be declined or converted at xbaji's discretion, with applicable conversion fees applied.
Responsible Deposits

xbaji encourages all players to deposit only amounts they can comfortably afford to lose. Gambling is entertainment — it should not be funded by borrowing, loans, or money earmarked for essential living expenses. If you feel your deposit frequency or amounts are becoming difficult to manage, please use the deposit limit tools available in your account settings or contact our support team.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

xbaji offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is issued.

    Wagering RequirementsAll bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated at the time of issue. Unless otherwise specified, the standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount.

    Bonus ExpiryUnless stated otherwise, all bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain in the account after expiry will be forfeited without notice. It is the player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates.

    One Bonus Per PlayerWelcome bonuses are available to new registrants only and may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. xbaji uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.

    Bonus Withdrawal RestrictionBonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus wagering activity — after the full wagering requirement has been met — are eligible for withdrawal, subject to standard withdrawal terms and KYC verification.

    Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotionsxbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion, bonus offer, or loyalty programme at any time without prior notice. Changes to active bonuses will be communicated to affected players via their registered email address.
Bonuses are a benefit offered at xbaji's discretion — they are not a contractual entitlement. xbaji's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. Players who attempt to exploit bonus structures through prohibited conduct (see Section 6) will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential closure.
Section 5

Betting Rules and Wager Settlement

The following rules govern the placement, acceptance, and settlement of all bets placed on the xbaji sportsbook. For casino games, game-specific rules published within each game apply in addition to these general terms.

    Bet AcceptanceA bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by xbaji's system. Confirmation is indicated by a unique bet reference number issued to the player. xbaji reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.

    Odds and MarketsAll odds displayed on xbaji are subject to change prior to bet placement. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed and accepted are the final odds applicable to that bet. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly; the confirmed in-play odds at the point of bet acceptance are binding.

    Bet SettlementBets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the result of an event, xbaji's decision based on the official governing body's result is final.

    Void Betsxbaji reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was accepted in error due to a technical fault or pricing error; (b) the relevant event was cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered after bet placement; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount.

    Maximum Payoutxbaji applies a maximum single-bet payout cap. The applicable maximum payout for each sport and market is displayed within the relevant betting interface. Any winnings exceeding the published maximum will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the xbaji platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and reviewed, with potential consequences including permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds.

    Fraud and Money LaunderingUsing xbaji to launder money, conduct financial fraud, process proceeds of crime, or engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

    CollusionCollaborating with other players, operators, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit odds, or gain an unfair advantage is a serious violation of these Terms. xbaji uses advanced analytics to detect collusion patterns across accounts.

    Arbitrage BettingSystematic arbitrage betting — placing bets across multiple platforms or markets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — is prohibited on xbaji. Such activity undermines the integrity of our betting markets and is grounds for account closure.

    Automated BettingThe use of bots, scripts, automated software, AI-driven betting tools, or any non-human method to place bets or interact with the xbaji platform is strictly prohibited. All betting activity must be conducted manually by a registered human user.

    Abusive BehaviourThreatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward xbaji's customer support staff or other users — whether through live chat, email, or any other communication channel — will result in immediate account suspension.
Consequences: Where prohibited conduct is identified, xbaji's response may include: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances (including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals), and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.
Section 7

Responsible Gaming and Age Verification Policy

xbaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting vulnerable individuals — including minors and persons experiencing problem gambling — from harm. The following terms reflect this commitment and impose obligations on both xbaji and its registered users.

xbaji provides a suite of responsible gaming tools directly accessible within your account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.     Age Verificationxbaji is strictly a 21+ platform. Age verification via government-issued photo ID is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Where age cannot be verified, the account will be suspended. Winnings generated on an underage account are not redeemable under any circumstances.

    Self-ExclusionAny player may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of being received and result in the immediate suspension of betting and withdrawal functionality for the selected exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods may not be shortened once activated. Players who self-exclude may request account reopening only after the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

    Deposit LimitsPlayers may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their account settings at any time. Deposit limit increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period. Intellectual Property

All content on the xbaji platform — including but not limited to the xbaji brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game content, data compilations, and any other material — is the exclusive property of xbaji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any xbaji intellectual property.

You are permitted to access and use the xbaji platform solely for the personal, non-commercial purpose of placing bets and playing games. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, or transmit any content from the xbaji platform for any purpose without the prior written consent of xbaji.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbaji's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

    Service Availabilityxbaji does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. xbaji will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

    Betting DecisionsAll betting decisions are made by you at your sole risk. xbaji is not responsible for your losses arising from your betting decisions. The provision of odds, statistics, or informational content on the platform does not constitute advice or a recommendation to bet.

    Indirect Lossesxbaji will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if xbaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Amendments, Governing Law and Disputes

xbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, xbaji will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered users via email or a prominent on-platform notification. Your continued use of the xbaji platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the xbaji platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be handled through xbaji's internal dispute resolution process. xbaji's decision on all disputes is final, subject to any mandatory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection law.
